While the rest of the world is just trying to make sure they are wearing matching socks each day, hikers know that there is a lot more to choosing your socks than the colors. We dig some funky socks as much as any one, but we also want them to be super comfortable. Not to mention, we have the high expectation that they are going to carry us a few hundred miles or so before we need a new pair.
